I have a Captiva and the frame broke. The frame is guaranteed for life. I have been calling but the line is ALWAYS busy. How do I get a hold of you?
I got a used Captiva and I need to know how to power it on. It’s plugged in and all the wiring seems to be intact. The screen is blank. The manual references a power switch of some kind, but does not show it or diagram it in any way.
