It arrived today. I put it completely together.computer wire detached from inside computer.
My wife just recently purchased your MD-9010 and I have been tasked to put it together. I was wondering if there was a better installation guide, especially for the pulley and cable install. Thanks in advance.
I just purchased and put together the Marcy Regenerating Magnetic Elliptical ME-704. Is there any other way to make the console operational besides starting your workout. I would like to program my input, weight, height etc before I start my work out because that is hard to do while you are in motion. Also if you miss step or slow you lose everything & you are back to all zeros, is there any way to prevent that? Thank you. Rhonda
Trying to assemble the magnetic resistance upright bike ME-708. The upper tension cable wire is not long enough to slide the wire through the slot on the bracket. The fitting does not reach the top of the bracket. The tension has been released with the tension control.
Can the computer on the ME-109 be set to time and be held in that mode. It always starts in scam mode, hard to get to time only. That is all I want to see. Thank you

bought a elliptical exerciser MARCY model NS-40501, finally had time to put together and had an issue . part no:21/R One collar on the upper pivot point was the wrong one . it wouldn’t let you slide over onto the rod . all I need is that plastic collar that can let the 21/R Slide on the shaft. please help

After reading the Impex Fitness Manual, I understood that the LCD screen would time-out after 4 minutes. However, if I want to readjust the seat after starting my program, the screen times-out as soon as I stop pedaling and I have to reset my program all over again. Is this the way it is supposed to work?

Purchased a Turbine Rower NS-6050RE. The damper does not close entirely, nor fully open. the opening ranges form 1 inch-3 inches. Also, explain resistance difference between open and shut. Problem 2 The readout screen never shuts off. It’s on, when there is no rowing activity.

I just set up the Marcy JX-650W treadmill for my mother. She was walking on it and I explained how the safety cord worked. If she falls, it will stop the treadmill. So I showed her. And now the treadmill will not work. It’s reading E02. I have no idea what to do!

Just received from Walmart our Impex Marcy Recumbent Bike # ME-709 and following instruction on page 7/ diagram 2, I am not able to get the (Fitting to sit on top of the bracket). I am able to get the end of the tension cable to fit into the clamp of the cable coming up from Main Frame, but when I go to position the fitting from the upper cable on the Front Post, there is NOT enough slack to allow the fitting to slide over the top of the bracket and then allow the fitting to slide down. I have one of your Magnetic-Resistance Recumbent bike NS-40502R. It worked fine for a good while, but now I can feel a thumping in the right pedal when it comes to the top of the arc. Also a small jerk when it comes to that position. What’s causing this, and how can it be fixed?

I purchased a Marcy NS-912. The two holes in the crank assembly are to small in diameter for the M8 x 1 3/8 carriage bolts to fit. Please contact the plant in China where this product is made and tell them it would be pretty simple to check this out before shipping.
I purchased a Marcy mini cycle NS-912. The two holes in the crank assembly are to small for the M8 x 1 3/8″ carriage bolts to fit in. The bolts have to fit in the carriage assembly to be bolted onto the Main Frame. Poor workmanship when that escapes the notice of any quality control. This is probably not the only case this has happened.

just got a Marcy me 709 bike. Part #12 missing. Ordered it have not got bit yet. My question is how to install it when the attachment is inside part#4 and is about 7 inches down inside the shaft?
Enjoying my new me-706. 2 issues:
The seat assy rocks back and forth, just slightly, as I peddal.
Checked screws were tight. Over long term could this be a problem? Have you heard of this issue?
2) The pulse display drops the plot occasionally. In mode 22 this is a problem. Any ideas resolving this intermittent issue?

While setting it up I found that the wire to connect the computer that runs up the main stem was missing a female connector on the one end and therefore could not be connected. we purchased a Marcy NS-716R exercise bikes from Canadian Tire. We put it together except for the monitor. The space in the monitor where the metal tower is to be inserted is 3 and 9/12 inches wide and the metal piece that is supposed to fit in it is 3 and 11/12 inches wide so the monitor space is too small. The Monitor is model X3519. How can we get a monitor that fits?

This is getting quite frustrating. We bought a Marcy foldable recumbent bike NS-653 and I have spent over an hour trying to register it today. I started off with the QR code and opened an account on your site. When it came to verifying that I’m a real person, I checked the box but no photos of the motorcycles appeared. I tried this on three different computers. Then I tried your phone tree and got dropped off five times in a row. It’s just not worth the time.
